URGENT L1 to H1 queries.. Pls help !!1

Hi,
I am having following situation. If you
could help me that will great.

I am currently in L1B visa with company A which is valid till 2008,and
currently in India working for same company who issued my L1. There is
another company B who had applied for my H1B( not status change, fresh
H1B) last year and I got the H1B petting approval also on june 2006. Now I am in India
and my company A (who had given L1B visa) is sending him again US to
work for the same company. I want to go to US for the same company A
only . I don't want to work for company B (who applied my H1B) right now. I haven't done H1B stampping yet.

Now questions are :
1. Whether I can travel with L1B visa which is valid ?
2. Is there any problem during immigration counter while enter in US ?
3. Is there any legal issues while traveling with L1B and L2 dependents and
while enter in US or live/work in US for L1b company ?
4. When my L1B void ?
5. How long i can keep my H1B petition approval .
6. Now i want to Travel with L1b and L2 dependents and want to work for L1 company onley, is there any issue ?
I am looking geniune and authenticate information, thats why I need
help from you. Please help .

YOU CAN TRAVEL TO US WITH YOUR Existing L1B/A. Since you havent gone for H1B it is not at all in the scene. on H1B petion there will be a PED and that date will be the Petetion END date. (No issues to L2 .....)

1 You can travel to US
2 I have come recently no issues at POE
3 No issues with L2 live/work
4 L1 B will be void only when H1 is approved at consulate
5 You can keep H1 petition approval as given in 221(g) usually 1 year from date of attending interview
6 No issues as long as you work for L1 company
