hi,
i have misplaced my original I-94 that i recieved along with I-797. I have the photocopy of the same. Also i have the previous expired white i-94 that was given during my last entry into the US. i have an India trip coming up in a month.
the processing times for i-102 (for a new copy of 1-94 ) is around 4 months.
how should i go about this issue?
