Consultant asking to return back the petition papers [I-797, I129, LCA, etc].

I am currently working in YYYY company. And I got H1 thru AAA company which is valid until Sep 2008. But still they have not sent me to US. I have asked them many times why is it talking so much time to send me to US. Last when i called them i spoke little bit harsh to them. Immideately the next day they asked me to give them back the following documents.

I-797 Original Approval Notice from USCIS
Copies of I-129 petition submitted to USCIS
Copies of LCA - Labor Condition Application
Cover Letter from HTC US addressed to you

I dont know what is the catch behind this. Can anybody tell me whether i can give the above docments to them are not. Please advice
