Question H4-please help
Hi ,everybody!
I came in USA in J1 visa.After 6 months I changed my status in H4 which is valid till september 2009.My question is can I travel back to my country(Bulgaria) for 4-5 months?IF Yes how I can return back in USA when I don't have visa in my passport?The only document showing that I have H4 status is my I-94 which I have to return leaving USA.
