I am a Masters student, currently on F1 visa and I am enrolled this semester.
I have started my OPT(which is valid till Feb 2008) already.
I just had a quick question regarding H1B. I have found this employer A who
is ready to file H1B for me in masters quota immediately. But I am still
looking for jobs elsewhere. If I get another job, can I have
employer B file H1B for me, with just the receipt from employer A (without
being on payroll with employer A)? Or will I be subjected to the H1B cap again?
