H1b Transfer

I am working on OPT (which is valid till Dec 2007) for company A who filed my H1 B (for FY 2008) for which I have already received an approval, I-797 A (due to premium processing).

I have got a job with another company B, can I have my H1 B transfered to company B before my H1 B starts (which starts Oct 1st 2007)?
