Urgent: Returning to old employer when H1 transfer is being processed

I was working for company A on an H1B visa. I have taken up another job with company B and the transfer is in process. I am not satisfied with company B and have an offer to go back to company A. I want to know if I need to wait in company B until the transfer approval comes through or is the existing approval with company A still valid.

---- If your H1 is valid and unexpired with Company A, not revoked/cancelled etc. then you can go back to work with them

---- Your transfer with company B may be in process and that will not have any bearing on your employment with company A
