Hi
I have come to US on a student visa and changed to H1 in Oct 2004. I went to mexico in may 05 and got a H1B visa stamp valid till Jan 07. I transferred to a new company in Feb 06 and got a new I797 which is valid until Feb 09. The I94 attached to the new I797 shows that it is valid till Feb 09.
I am currently in India and would like to know whether I need to get visa restamping done before I go back to US.
Please inform me whether I need to get my visa restamped.
