H1 stamped and needs to stay in India for an year

Hi,
I stay in US on L1 for the last 3 years and returned back to India in last Dec.
I got my H1 visa stamped in this Jan at New Delhi. And from that I'm staying in India. I'm planning to travel to US in this August. But due to some personal reasons foreseen, I may need to stay in India till this year end. Ofcourse, with this I may have the advantage of starting the H1 cycle afresh.
I would like to know if I can stay in India for such a long period after H1 stamping. I think I can get the fresh offer from my employer if required during that time. Will be there be any issues? Please help me out. Thanks in advance.

No issues. Just get a fresh offer letter and board the flight. Just need to make sure that you must have atleast 6 months left on your valid H1 visa.
