reg 221g

hi,
please help on this.
I have got 221g in jan 07 at chennai consulate, but right now i am in london for my current project work. So my question is how do i submit my documents related to 221g?

i) do i need to go to india and submit?
or
ii)can i post(or send if some one is going) my documents/passport etc to india and ask myfriend to submit?
or
iii)Is there any way i can request consulate to transfer my case to london?
