H1B - H4 Renewal - Options - URGENT

Dear ,

Here is summary of my H1B renewal issue,

1. My H1B and I-94 expires on - July 14th 2007

2. My Family is on vacation in India and their H4 also expires in Jul 14th 2007

3. I want to go India and bring them back here in Jun 29th 2007 as I already made the ticket booking. so there after only 10 business days left.

So my questions are,

1. Shall we apply H1B Extension for me and H4 Extension for my family after we returned from India ?.

Or

2. shall we premium process my H1B and go to india get stamping for me and my family ?.

Or

3. Shall we premium process my H1B and come back before mine and my family members visa expired and apply H4 extension for them?.

Which is the best option, your inputs please..

Since you are returning 10 days before the H1/H4 expires, you do not need to do anything. As soon as you get back ask your company to file for H1 extension. If they are willling to do the premium free of cost then its cool. Otherwise dont waste $1000 for premium processing. Use that money for something more useful.
