How to work H4 holders

Hi All,

I'm posting this message behalf of my friend wife.

She is having H4 visa & having good working exp in India.
She came to US on 15th Jan 07. We are not aware of US visa types. Please some body guide us, If she want to start working in any company, She has to get any working visa. Or please let us know what is the process.

Hi Narayan,

According to US Law she was not suppose to work on H4 Visa(which is a dependent Visa)..

She got to apply for work visa(H1B) To apply for this she need to wait until next year April..

She can look for jobs in India. Her husband can visit her once a year and eventually he too can get a great job in India.
