H1B travel outside US and return?

Hi,

I am going to travel outside US on May(4th week) and will retrun on July 1st week. My H-1B visa is valid until Sept'07.

My Qs.
1. Is there any problem to enter in US?

2. What kind of docs I should carry with myself?

3. Whats the process to get unpaid vacation for 6-7 weeks?

4. Is there any restriction to entry any airport, becoz first time I entered through Newark,NJ airport? Can I enter other airport (DFW,Dallas)this time? this one seems quite stupid but I wanna make sure everthing will be okey before traveling..


Please share your experience if any one have idea about this.

Ans: NO

2. What kind of docs I should carry with myself?
Ans: Your passport, Visa and better to carry I-797 to be on the safer side.

3. Whats the process to get unpaid vacation for 6-7 weeks?
Don't know.

4. Is there any restriction to entry any airport, becoz first time I entered through Newark,NJ airport? Can I enter other airport (DFW,Dallas)this time? this one seems quite stupid but I wanna make sure everthing will be okey before traveling..
No restriction, you can enter from any POE.
