    H4 extension - H1 Pending - Very Urgent

    My wife h4 is exipring Aug 2007.Her h1b for this 2008 quota under pending status.

    1)Can i apply for extension, if so will her h1b get affect for this case.
    2)before i tranfser, i got her h4 extension approval notice with my prev employer.It doesnt have I-194 attached.Shall i use this.

    PLease advise.
