h1b extension and renew by 2nd employer

1)employer A h1b getting expired in another 3 months...
2)employer B is ready to apply for renewal/extension without the knowledge of Employer A and asking me to enter into USA under the existing H1B(employer A).

Is this feasible?Please advise.
