Name Change on Passport

Friends,

My wife currently holds H4 Visa. This year i have applied for her H1 and fortunately it seems she got her lottery for H1.

She got her passport before marriage, so when i filed her H1 they used her before marriage name as per passport, now as i am in India and going for my passport renewal, I was planning to change my wife's name on her passport also. will it create any issues for her H1, if i will change her name on passport now.

Early response would really be appreciated as i am in india for very short trip.

----It does not matter. Have both the Passports at the time of interview and get the Visa stamp on the new Passposrt as the previous Passport would have been cancelled if a new Passport has been issued
