    H1 Denied - US Employment still valid ?

    Hi,

    I have been denied the H-1 Visa in this quota, but my prospective employers have agreed to post me in someother country.

    So i am going to be US employee, on US payroll etc but without a valid H-1 visa...

    Is it legal or any conditions apply here ?
