H4 from previous employer valid?

1) My wife has H4 from my previous employer - stamped until Jun15/2007
2) My new employer transfered my H1B and my new petition is good until Jan 2009 - though the stamp on my passport is valid only until Jun 15/2007

Now my wife has gone to India and is coming back on Jun 5/2007. Can she have any problem coming to US?
