hello subramanyam i am new to this forum u should help me
my husband as an indian now he is in germany filed for h1b visa in april 2007 and he got h1b approval notice on 19 april 2007 in germany as premium processing now he is waiting for documents to com from employer ....after he gets documents he is planning to go for h1b visa interview in 2007 july 1 week my questions are
1)how long it take to get h1b documents as 1 month passed .....
2)ok after getting documents say if he gets all documents in next month june 1week can he book the appoinments for interview say in july 1 week? will there any prob if he go for h1b visa stamping in germany itself?
3) and finally if he gets h1b visa can he com to india leaving germany say in july 2007 ending? so that he can apply for me as h4 (dependent)
4)after he comes to india with h1bvisa and approval notice and all required documents can i apply for h4 visa in august 2007 ? so that we both eneter usa in 2007 october 1 week .... as we all know that new h1b visa work will starts from 1 oct 2007.......
5)is the paystubs are needed at the time of h4 visa interview as my husband did not go to usa ........
so subramanyam can u please suggest me wat is the right time to go for h4 visa stamping is that in 2007 august or september or after october please mention the month to go for h4 visa interview with my husband in chennai consulate .... bcoz 1 week of october 2007 my husband plans to leave to usa to work
