having approved H1..want to go on H4

thanks for support. My wife got h4 stamped.. they did not ask any thing about her h1 approval. VO just saw for marriage cerificate & asked questions about marriage.

conclusion for Dlehi (after seeing many friends cases also):
1) they will ask about the VISA u r going either h1 or h4.
2) They woun't ask many questions as used to ask in Chennai. But they will see your documentation properly

So there's no harm in going for H4 visa while having already approved H1 is it?
If they ask whether my H1 is filed when I go for H4..what should we say?
