Need Help about H1

Hi Subramanyam,

I was rejected my business visa on October 2006 in Chennai. Now I have applied for H1. I got my papers. It seems it is difficult to get H1 stamping in chennai consulate. Can I go to Mumbai/Delhi Consulate to attend my H1 interview? Or Again Do I need to go to attend the interview in Chennai Consulate(Because of B1 rejection). Please guide me in this regard.
