Hi Subramanya,
I will be attending an interview for H1-B visa stamping. Currently I hold 8th year approved visa notification.
Previously I got my h1b visa stamped in Chennai almost 3 and half years ago. That visa expired in 2004 and after that I have 2 more h1 b approvals. but never got my visa stamped on my passport.
Since I hold 8th year approved visa, do I need to carry LCA, I-129 petition for all the approved I-797 forms OR just taking the LCA and I-129 for the current approved H1-B visa?
