possesion of both L1 and H1B Visas simultaneously
Hi Friends,
This is Ramesh from Hyderabad, India. I have the following query:
I got H1B Visa stamped already in Nov '06. It was sponsored by a US based company. I wish to land in another four months of time in US.
I am at present employed as an SAP Consultant with an IT Company located at Hyderabad. They want to apply for L1 Visa for me to send me to US to work on their projects.
Do I run the risk of getting my H1B Visa cancelled if I land there on L1 visa?
What I would like to know is can I possess both the visas simultaneously, while in US.
