Hello,
I am have to US on H1 in the month of January 2007 and my wife attended the visa interview in the month of November 2006 and got a 221 g query asking her to bring my 6 months paystubs and bank statement.
I was in India when she attended her visa interview.
I am planning to transfer my H1B and i have 3 months of paystubs with my old employer.
Please advise:
1. Whether i can change my employer and send 3 paystubs from old employer and 3 new paystubs from new employer to my wife and ask her to attend the visa.
2. Will my wife have some problem or questions regarding my H1B transfer and do i need to go back to India to get stampped the new H1B?
