Hi,

My wife and Son were issued H4 status on my H1 and in my son's petition, my wife's name was given as the applicant. She has her on H1 now and my son is still on my H1. We are planning to go for stamping. Do I need to change anything ofr my son's H4? Should the applicant name be change to mine ?

---- Your son presumably is not 21 years old, thus he may not have H1.

---- If you are applying H4 for your son, that can be with you or your wife as the principal applicant
