H4 Document List

Hi,
I am sending following documents to India for my wife's H4 visa.

1.I-797 Action.(original or copy)..?
2.I-129 Action.(original or copy..?
3.Pay stubs (original or copy)..?
4.LCA (original or copy)..?
4.Bank statement.
5.Employment Verification letter.
6.Supporting Letter.
7.PASSPORT COPY of 36 pages.

Can any tell me first four items should i send Copies or Originals..?
if i miss any document please give your inputs.

It is advisable that you send both originals and photocopies of I797, I129 and LCA.
Also send your w2/tax returns for the time you have been on H1.
Send 6 months bank statement. It is not a mandatory document but will be a supporting doc.
