Hi All,
I have some questions regarding DS-156 and DS-157 please clarify me on this.
DS-156:
1. 25. Name and Telephone Numbers of Person in U.S. Who You Will Be Staying With or Visiting for Tourism or Business
What we have to write in this section?
2. What is The Purpose of Your Trip?
DS-157:
1. Full Name (In Native Alphabet)
in this section we have to write our name in our natvie language right once we take the print ut of this form? correct me if i am wrong.
2. In Question 10. List All Countries That have Ever Issued a Passport?
In this section shall we mention the India or NA.
3. In Question 12 Not Including Current Employer, List Your Last Two Employers?
As i have been with the present company from the past 3 years, i dont have previous Exp, shall i leave this filed blank or shall i fill with the presnet company, and moreover i haven't resigned from the presnt company so i dont have the end date in the present comapny.
