Reg:H1B transfer while in India

Hi all

I am having one Query

Currently I am working for one good organisation in India and As I had H1b visa stamped ,im planning to quit and join to the company thru consultant(Sponsor) who is in US.

But My present company saying that They will transfer my H1 and can send me to onsite

My Question is Is there any possibility of transferring H1 from One employer to the other while in India and without any info to the Consultant?
