H1B Stamping- not from home country

Hello,

I need a help from you people.

I applied for H1B 2007, and got my petition approved, now I am not in India, but in switzerland for a long term assignment, when I applied for my H1B I was in switzerland,

Now my question is, can I do my h1b stamping from Switzerland, will it be risky, are swiss consulate going to reject my visa stamping? Please tell me.

Or its better to do from india.

The norm is to get ur visa stamped from ur home country. am not sure if you can get it in swizz.
