I am on H4 visa.My case is rejected in this year lottery for H1.i have paid $2000 for visa filing fee and i have the receipt also.but now my consultant is saying i can give only $1000 back.He wants to deduct $1000 for attorney fees and education evaluation .pls help in this case and can i take any type of legel action against him.
---- Can't help it. We do not know what type of agreement you had with your Consultant. If it is verbal, then you have trusted them. You should have known or at least enquired about all these matters before hand.
