Hi All,
a) I Work for Company A on H1 Visa. The H1 visa expires on April 2008.
b) I switched to Company B now. I got the receipt number for H1 (from Company B) and using that I have joined company B. I am awaiting approval for the new Visa from Company B.
c) I have to travel to India on August 2007. So at August (when I travel to India), I may / may not (as it might be still in process) have got approval for H1 for Company B. I am sure to have H1, I797 of Company A.
Considering the above cases, Can I go to India and re-enter without appearing for Stamping on August 2007? Does it matter if I had received H1 for my new company or not?
