    wife and kids left h4 extended/new i94

    my wife and kids left for india and now the dates have become current and they have to come back for i485 or can i apply while they are in India??
    Also they came to US on H4 .what documents they need this time?? Last time they had no problems when they when to india but I extended my h1 and H4 .Will there be any problem /
