That will be depend upon the company policy

Go to IRS website, they have all listings for per dium and mileage rates etc.
Your employer doesnt have to pay these rates, but at least you have info on whether you are getting what everyone else should be.
If you dont get full rate, make sure you keep receipts, because you may be able to claim something at the end of the year
