part time hobby course while on H1B

I want to take part time online course in Photography while I am on H1B. Just wanted to know if I can do it or not. And what all papers i need to send to INS (if at all) if I can do it. BTW my H1B is with an IT company so this is not professional at all and is just for my hobby.
