H1 Transfer Aproved But still waiting for documents.

Hello Everybody

I transfferred my H1B from company A to company B. Two months ago I got an email from USCIS saying Aproval Notice Sent.

The problem is, my employer says we did not receive the documents so we applied for the duplicate H1B documents! I am sure he received the docs but lying. Now my H1B with company A got expired! How can I get my H1 documents along with my new I-94? Do I have to complain to DOL? Do I have to sue him? If he knows that I complained to DOL or sue them will he cancel my H1B?

Please help me.

Can I get the copy from USCIS or what should I do?
