I have been working with company A who filed my H1B (masters cap) this year april. i have already received the notice of approval which has a new I-94 card attached. I move to H1B status on Oct 1, 2007. i have been interviewing with other companies now. if i get another job offer, can i leave company A before oct 1? if yes, will that be a regular H1B transfer, or would it require additional paperwork? its an urgent matter and a quick response is appreciated.
