I will be soon on h1 and my wife on h4.
My wife is in the final year of her Masters degree course (MCA) from Gujarat University- India
During the last semester she has to ungergo Full time project work. The university allow's a student to go for International Project.

Being a student of Indian University, Can she undergo project work in any US company- with a fact she will be holding H4 visa?

As long as it is an education-related project, and she's NOT being paid for it, she should be OK.

H4 visa holders are free to study in the US - but can't work.
