My I-140 is approved and I must file H1 extension in 3 weeks. Since the priority dates are not current NOW will i get 3 years extension if I file in June.
I understand I can only get 1 year if I file the extension in July as the prirority date will be current. Since I have only few more days PLEASE HELP ASAP.
BTW, I'm on 7 th year extension now.
