H1 Transfer Question

Hi,

I am on maternity leave from April 1st till July 31st from company A(on H1).I was on unpaid leave for the months April and May .For the month of June and July my company does not pays me but I am on STD from insurance.

Now if I want to transfer my H1 can I use the Jan,Feb and March payslips.
Any help on this will be appreciated.

If you are in the US, you need the latest pay stub. I am not sure they have any exception for matarnity.

Your friend Waiting Too Long is indeed correct.

Maternity leave is one thing you can prove very easily.

Just use your last available pay stubs / previous tax returns and attach documents that confirm you were on un-paid leave for the months.
