Yesterday I got my H1 approval notification and I am planning to travel to India on my current F1 status and return back before Oct 1 st on F1 status itself. My F1 is valid till 2010. Can I do this, does it comes under the statement informed in Erfen Hernandez letter. One more thing I have not yet received original approval documents. Do I need to have these documents before I travel to India? Immediate information in this regard is requested, thanking you very much.
