I booked an appointment and downloaded all forms including questionnaire.pdf. But I am not able to edit that file. How to edit? Or Take print out and written by hand.

Please help me on this...

yes you have to take a printout of the file and then fill it by yourself.

Hi,

I have read in the US consulate web site, they no longer accept hand written application. If its DS-156 and DS-157 you have to fill in the system and take printout.

For DS156 you have to fill the form and there is the option which will generate the PDF output.

For DS157 you can not save. But you have to fill and take printout. Search the DS 156 and DS 157 in the goole.
