Background:
I got married on May 9th 2007. My wife got her passport on June 12 2007.
I returned back to US after marriage and she is in Hyderabad. Her language of preference is Telugu. Since she got her passport, we are trying to book a Visa Appointment at Chennai consulate, but they are not available. My H1B visa is valid till Feb-2010 and I have switched employer just before my marriage.
Question:
If I book an Appointment for my Visa Stamping[for employer change] at
Delhi/Mumbai can she also accompany me and get her visa stamped[H4]?
Appreciate if you can suggest us any quickest way of getting her Visa Appointment.
