HI,
I got my H1B Approved for this 2008 Quota. Got the original I-797 form too. But Issue is there is spelling mistake in my Approved I-797 form of my Company Name who Sponsored my H1B.
Can someone help me or guide me what to do. How long it takes to get it corrected If I inform the employer?
Also Which Month is the right time to go to Delhi Embassy for Stamping of my H1B. Mine is Delhi Consulate.
Any Advice will be appreciated.
