Hello Pals,
I have a stamping of H1B from employer A, and I switched to employer B 4 months ago, now I got an offer from company C where I need to join in mid of October. I got my H1B approval for company C recently. I am planning to take a unpaid vacation from my current employer, and to go my home country for few weeks during my vacation period. By the time I come back my recent paystubs will be atleast 3 months old. My question is will I have any problems at POE since my pay stubs with my employer B will be 3months old, and can I use approval notice of company C when I come back.
Kindly advice me on this.
