Find a employer

fiind a employer for to file a H1 for you. Your employer will file the H1 for you on Apr 2008. You will come to know the rest from your employer.

Be very very careful when selecting employers. Especially if its a consulting company that will sponsor your H1b. Most consulting companies harass their employees and exploit them by not giving paystubs, holding back pay, paying less, no promotions, threating employees....
