When i can go for VISA(H1-B) after getting the i797 for the year 2007.

Hi,
After getting the i797 document, can i go for interview at any time or i need to wait? After getting the visa when i can plan the visiting to USA?(I have bit knowledge that 10 days prior to statrt date that mentioned in the I797 document)

U can go at any time

Once u get the I-797 u can attend the interview at any time. Better go for interview as soon as possible.
And u can go to Us one week before the Oct - 1 - 2007 thats u r start date to work in US. better go 10 days before to OCT 1st.
