Hello all,
I have been working with Employer B for a year now and have got my approval (797) for a while.
My current H1B visa stamp with Employer A is valid until September 30th 2007[/U][/B][/B] and my I-94 card gives entry till 10th OCT 07.
I have taken a date for the Empl"B" stamping on August 13th 2007 in Matamaros, Mexico .
Can I continue to go for that stamping on that day or is there a restriction on the time limit I need to be within w.r.t. the current Visa Stamp expiration date.
