H4 visa please help..........Subramanya plz help

I am planning to send my wife for stamping for the dependant visa.

She is pursuing masters in India.

My question is us consulate will ask for her educational certificates.
becoz her certificates are with in the college and they will not give until we pay the second year fees.

But they will give a letter saying that her certificates are there within the college and she is pursuing her masters.

Is this letter is fine to send her to embassy or its a risk ?


Is online bank statement enough to show we have sufficient funds ?

dude, anyway ur in usa, y du wanna take risk giving a chance to them, jus apply on h4 if ur on h1 and l2 if ur on l1. and belve me it wll b damn easy if its jus the dependant visa, and no need to submit and tell all those masters etc. Just put till degree as quali n apply as a dependant visa. it wl b done. all d best.
