H1B Transfer Pending

Hi Friends,

I worked for Company A until April on a H1 Visa. In April, I applied for transfer through company B and once I got the receipt I joined company B. Now I got 2 RFEs for my transfer as company B is a startup firm. At this point, Can I move to company C and start transfer of visa from them, while company B's transfer is pending?

Please Help.
