Hi,
I've applied H1B for this year, my petition has been selected in lottery cap, iam waiting for the petition and stamping, currently iam working for the company X, now iam planning to change the company during this situation, if i change the company in this situation, doses it will effect my visa stamping ??

No, it'll not make a difference. Just have all the required documents like Work-Exp certificates, pay stubs etc. in order. And be truthful.

In my case I joined Company X in Feb 06. Filed for H1 from Company Y in May 06. Got approval in June 06. Changed to Company Z in July 06. Attended visa stamping in Oct 06 and came over to US in Feb 07. Everything was smooth.
